Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features used to remember information. This notice covers those features as well as cookies.

Website visit measurement

Our website uses a session-storage entry called rs_sid to group page visits within a browser session. It contains a randomly generated identifier, not your name or email address. Session storage lasts for the browser tab's session.

Our visit records include the page viewed, the referring page where available, and limited browser information. We use these records to understand website traffic. This measurement currently runs automatically on public pages; there is not currently an on-site analytics preference control.

Sign-in and service storage

When you sign in to restricted areas, authentication services may store session information to keep you signed in and protect access. Booking, payment and other third-party services may use their own cookies or storage when you interact with them or visit their websites.

Your browser controls

You can clear cookies, local storage and session storage in your browser settings. Browsers may also offer controls to block storage. Blocking essential authentication storage can prevent sign-in from working. Clearing visit storage does not remove visit records already received by us.
